You can also present to the surgery to collect a papercopy of our registraton forms. Park Surgery is open Monday - Friday 8am-6pm and Thorntree Surgery is open Monday - Friday 8:30am-5:30pm.

Park & Thorntree surgeries are part of Central Middlesbrough - Primary Care Network Group. Joining together with other GP practices in central Middlesbrough, providing an extended hours service for GP/Nurse Practitioner and Nursing appointments on evenings and weekends.

The service is ran from Park Surgery, Monday-Friday 6:15pm-8:15pm and Saturdays 9am-5pm. You can book an appointment for our Enhanced Access clinics by speaking with the reception team at your usual GP practice.
