At Park and Thorntree Surgeries, we are currently working towards becoming a Carer Friendly Practice.
Our aim is to recognise and support carers registered with our practices by providing the appropriate help, information, and care.
If you help look after someone who could not manage without your support—whether they are a family member, partner, friend, or neighbour—you may be considered a carer.
If this applies to you, please ask at reception for a Carer Registration Form. Once completed, this can be added to your medical record so that we can better understand your role and offer any additional support or services you may need.
