Medication and prescription requests

You can order your repeat prescriptions online by using one of the following services - 

• NHS App
• SystmOnline

Alternatively you can complete a written request by coming to the practice and speaking to the reception team. 

Please allow at least 24-72 hours  for your prescription request to be processed.

If you have a query about a current medication, please contact the practice on 0300 111 2300.

Our prescription line is open Monday to Friday, 10am–12pm and 2pm–4pm.

Please note that we do not accept prescription requests by telephone.

You can choose to have your prescription sent electronically to your nominated pharmacy.
You can nominate a pharmacy at Reception or through the NHS App.
