Sexual health

Eye Casualty

Patients should only attend Eye Casualty with true eye casualty complaints including acute injury, foreign body or acute loss of vision. 

Eye Casualty is based at James Cook University Hospital. You can attend any time between the following hours:

8am-4pm Monday to Friday

8am-12noon Weekends and Bank Holidays

Outside of these hours patients should present to the main Accident & Emergency Department.

 

CAMHS

Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS) provides assessment and appropriate treatment or intervention for children and young people up to their 18th birthday who are experiencing mental health problems, with the aim of positive health promotion.

To self-refer to this service, please call 0300 2000 000.

 

Social prescribing

Social prescribing is a way for local agencies to refer people to a link worker. Link workers give people time, focusing on 'what matters to me' and taking a holistic approach to people's health and wellbeing. They connect people to community groups and statutory services for practical and emotional support.  Please speak to the reception team to find out more.

If your condition is not listed above or the services above have advised you to get in touch with us you can contact the practice on 0300 111 2300.  If your problem is not urgent and you feel you do not need to be seen face to face, please complete an online consultation by clicking the link below -

A member of the team will review your online consultation and it will be dealt with in order of clinical priority.  In some cases clinicians can diagnose/advise using a combination of the online consultation and your clinical record meaning you may not need to be seen in person.
