Please dispose of masks and other waste properly.
Bins are outside the building to dispose of masks or better still wear them to home and dispose there. Our guys have enough to do without picking up discarded masks.
Please be diligent.
Entry : Appointment only with face covering
If you have a pre-booked appointment then as from Monday 15th June please remember without a face covering Security staff will be required to turn you away. There is still no open access to the surgery as we still need to manage the number of patients in at any one time so by appointment only with a face covering.
Your help and support in keeping patients and staff safe at this time is very much recognised and appreciated.

We make every effort to give the best service possible to everyone who attends our practice.
However, we are aware that things can go wrong resulting in a patient feeling that they have a genuine cause for complaint. If this is so, we would wish for the matter to be settled as quickly and as amicably as possible.
Simply write to the Managing Partner and he will set all the necessary wheels in motion. Alternatively, request a complaints form from one of our Patient Advisors.
We are continually striving to improve our service. Any helpful suggestions would be much appreciated and a suggestion box is located in the waiting area.
